New Orders email address

We now have a new email address which you can/should give to customers to send orders. This is for customers who strictly send order via email. The address is: orders@micsew.com

The email which comes here will go to 4 persons so that it’s not missed if someone is out of the office, out sick, vacation, etc etc. The orders will go to myself, Ledy, Lazaro, Elizabeth and Giselle. Each of us, when an order is received need to be careful and check that others have input and careful to print and give to the proper person. Please make sure this is done. That’s the object of the email.

I believe that this new process will highly help when we’re out of the office. If anyone else wants the copies also to their address, just let me know and I’ll add you. But, with the addition comes some extra responsibility.

This year we’re going to finalize how and which email addresses to use as well as expand the sharing of google documents.

This is an important year. We need to make up for a lot of lost business due to economic conditions in some countries.

Computer System and New Year

First, again, a very happy New Year to all. May 2010 bring everyone fortune and happy times.

As you know, some changes to the computer system were made last week. As part of the process the software we use was updated and you may find some changes to the system. These are system changes from the software company so you may find some things that you can’t access or changes to screens. Please let me know any changes to your access asap. Also, if you find anything changed on the screens to be good or bad, let me know. Again, they are system changes to the software in general and were not brought about by us. So, if it’s good, everyone needs to know and if it’s bad then it might be changed. In the near future you will be able to print direct to a pdf file and then transfer that file to your computer. We’re still awaiting instructions on how to use this.

Please remember that Genuine parts are only to be put on orders if the customer confirms (or the sales person confirms). Genuine parts end in 3 letters such as –BRO, -JUK, -SIR, -PEG etc, etc. If you do not see the genuine designation then DO NOT input the genuine without the customer and/or the salespersons approval. All genuine items need to be confirmed. This is something extremely important to remember since the difference of the price that the customer expects could be EXTREMELY higher. Customers do not expect genuine pricing unless they ask. By the way, some customers call these parts ‘genuine’ and some call them ‘original’. Both words are the same for the same item. This means they are made by the original equipment maker. Again, we do not input or order Genuine (original) parts unless the customer specifically specifies. This is something which can’t have any error. The costs of this mistake can be quite high. Please check orders carefully.

This weekend I brought in a table and chairs for the lunch room. I think that these will look much better. They are high type though and only 2 chairs came with the set. Fax Machine

I’ve installed a new Brother 2820 fax machine. Luckily I found this excellent machine at an even more excellent price this past weekend. It should work very similar to before except that the paper loads from a tray on the bottom.

Please make sure to fan the “old” paper well before putting into the fax machine.

Also, I’ve had to clean the glass and rollers on the black machine 2x in the past couple of weeks. Someone is using “whiteout” and not allowing it to dry before inserting into the fax. Please be sure to let the whiteout dry.

As an added convenience, I think that we should use the automatic programming on the unit.

We can input up to 16 additional speed dial numbers on the front of the machine and 200 preprogrammed numbers.

First, please let me know if you have #’s you’re always faxing to put on the front of the machine. If possible, send me the names you would like to have on the front of the machine before the end of today, also include the fax #’s for them.

After that, we’ll do a project to input all the numbers we have for regular customers.

Meistergram Customer Service

Please note that if a customer calls direct for Marcos for customer service on Meistergram machines, they should first be passed to the sales person who handles them. This salesperson will ascertain the problem and determine if Marcos should handle or if something else should be done. The salesperson must also check that the customer is up to date on any payment they owe meistergram and not offer any service or warranty if the customer has an unsanctioned balance in Meistergram. Again, do not pass calls directly to Marcos directly as he does not know the financial situation of each customer. Salespeople should also monitor the time it’s taking to assist and judge whether Marcos should be spending time with certain accounts and where it’s going.

Also, Murray would like to make sure that each customer is explained the details of being a distributor and his versus our responsibility for warranty and repairs. Please make sure that all new customers sign the agreement and return before we make a shipment. Everyone should be on the lookout for this signed confirmation of our distributor agreement and do not ship first time orders without. We must be sure that customers fully understand our policies and their responsibilities to avoid confusion in the future. As some commercial in New York used to say…. “an educated customer is our best customer”.

Credit Card Scams

I am hearing from more and more customers and friends concerning scams in the industry with credit cards. So, I will reiterate the company policy and ask again that there’s no exceptions. If a credit card is given from a customer, you must ask for ID such as drivers license and/or passport or both before we process the card. If they can’t give this, then we can’t process. The exceptions to this are standard customers who purchase on a regular basis. Examples are: tecnicon, la maquina, tecni maq and USA customers who we deal with on a regular basis. If the customer hasn’t done regular and repetitive business then we must get the ID. Please make sure that this is adhered to. Even if the credit card goes thru, it can still be fake of course or stolen and the money will be taken from our account.

Important: Incoming Freight Issue

Important Note:

It’s important that everyone take a moment and think about incoming freight before they process or input an order for overnight to our office. If you have different orders and some are coming by UPS or truck, then make everything the same. Incoming freight is an extremely high expense at this point. With the elimination of DHL, freight costs have more than quadrupled. A 4 lb, $10 DHL pack is now more than $60. So, if shipments are going to wait anyway and/or customers can wait a few days, please put thru those orders to ship via TRUCK. There are also other less expensive means such as ups regular (3 days to Miami) and post office packages (2 days, but must be put thru earlier in the day). It’s up to each person here to care and examine what they are putting thru before they give someone or enter an order. First, it’s outrageous not to consider this when processing and 2^nd it’s embarrassing the number of phone calls I’m getting to correct these situations. If you’re unsure about the weight of some items, you can ask me or check the universal website as they have most weights on their system.

Package Weight

In discussion with Michael this morning and a continuous problem that Taoufik is seeing, everyone needs to be very careful about the weight of items they are inputting for overnight shipment. Since DHL packs are no longer available, other carriers all use weight. As an example, a 4 lb package costs $60.00. Please do not put thru orders with heavy items just trying to get them through. We also have a 2-3 day alternative using the post office for these types of items. So, simply explain to a customer the situation and use the post office priority mail package or the truck shipment. It’s imperative that everyone police their orders for these types of items. if you are unsure of a weight, you can use the universal website as they give weights for most items. Additionally, it’s not fair to make Tauofik be the bad guy, so when he calls you please understand his concern and his job to protect the company from these extremely high charges. On the other hand, we have also discussed our concerns about the need for more information, faster about out of stock items or substitute items. Providing a high degree of customer service is absolutely necessary and calling back customers with problems the same day is necessary and demanded by customers.

Genuine Parts

Please try to remember to input genuine parts with discount and not actual price. This way, there’s less room for error. So, the computer price can then be checked and verified with the written price and any discrepancy discussed. But, if a discount is used, then the calculation is made by the computer and checked. The person giving needs to provide the discount amount and the person inputting needs to make sure to input only by discount. Some problems can be avoided in this way without taking up more time. In fact, it should take less time.

We are beginning today to scan all orders with backup handwritten orders or faxes to the “customer” folder on the copier machine. So, please don’t use the customer folder for anything else. You will now be able to find orders and their documents directly from this folder within the pdfscan folder in the shared drive.

A/R Notes on Orders

Anyone putting A/R notes on orders with the purpose to pass on information for the order to be released needs to put the note in the A/R screen, using the ticklers and not the order itself. Note, the orders do not print when holding and therefore whoever is checking the hold status will check the a/r screen and not look at the order itself. A/R notes really shouldn’t be on the orders as there’s possibilities for customers to see and the information is useless to the warehouse. The notes on the orders should be for the warehouse and/or your reference in the future. So, to speed the “hold” process, please put all collections and A/R notes to the A screen ticklers.

Pantograms Info

In case a USA customer calls for an embroidery machine, including anyone in Miami, you may forward the call via our phone system direct to Pantograms at: 800-872-1555, ext 221 – Bobby. Her email is: bnewton@pantograms.com. Note the following:

a. Before you forward the call, ask the customer for their name and tel# just in case the call drops

b. Advise the customer that you are automatically connecting the call to our usa distributor, Pantograms and they will be able to continue forward and help them.

c. If Bobby is not at her desk, the call should automatically be picked up by Ron.

d. To forward the call, while the customer is on the line, press CNF/TNF, then dial 800-872-1555 and press 221 at the prompt or ask for Bobby. After the person picks up and you quickly explain the situation, press conference again and all of you should be conferenced on the line. Confirm that everyone hears each other and advise that you will now disconnect yourself. Simply hang up the phone and the call will remain with only the two of them on the line.

e. Pantograms is aware how this will work and has informed their staff

Please be nice and patient with the customer or potential customer calling and make sure to take information first. If the person speaks only Spanish, then you might need to stay on the line to assist.

Free calls to office thru Skype

Customers can now call our office, free, using Skype over the internet. Once they have a Skype account, they simply add our office to their contacts and dial us for free. (search consew-unlimited-meistergram). Once they make the call over their internet connection, the call on our side will enter through our regular phone system. So, the customer will be talking over their computer and reach our office on the phone.

We have on the system now about 500 emails for Latin accounts!

In the future, if you’re not sure if a customer is on the list or need to add a new name, please make sure to give to Elizabeth as she’s been taught how to update the system. Since we will be emailing monthly, it’s imperative to keep the list up to date.

Office Update

While some of our staff is on vacation and others traveling to far off lands, we've been busy here this week attending to regular business and preparing our new marketing plans. Towards the middle of July I should have more of our office website completed. As well I have been investigating the use of Google Apps to use for email, documents (word processing), spreadsheets and more. This online group of applications would enable you to access your documents from any computer and to share documents and spreadsheets. Also, we would be able to post items to a private internal website (intranet) for everyone to access. Much like our shared directory, but more more powerful and easy to use. Again, the way this works is that everything is internet based, so you would be able to access everything from anywhere.

The process to use google apps requires some setup and change of the way you are used to doing things. It's easy, but still requires change.

This week Lazaro and I began to use the email and we are now beginning to use the document applications. There is a lot of very interesting stuff that can be done with these programs that can not be done in microsoft. The Google Apps allow your word documents and spreadsheets to be accessed, by you from any computer with Internet. They also allow to to permit "sharing" of some documents. There's many other interesting features which can be used also. From the tests we did this week, it appears that changing to this office system will increase productivity and allow many more interesting things to be done.

We've also enacted some voicemail guidelines so that we can begin to use the voicemail system. First, the bottom 2 lines of your phone are private for you. These 2 lines can not be accessed by anyone else. So, we're going to all use the same numbering system for the public lines starting on the 3rd button. The 3rd button is now LINE 1. The first and 2nd button are private. The top button is to transfer voice mail. So, if you answer the phone and it's for Carlos for example and he's on the phone or out to lunch, you can first ask the customer if you or someone else can help. After that, if he wants to leave a message you can ask them if they want you to write a message or if they prefer to be be put in his voicemail. to transfer to voicemail, you ask the customer to hold while you transfer and you simply press the top button and then extension and then #. So, for me it would be 300#. As a courtesy, if you put someone in voicemail, please also send that person a messenger message letting them know that you put someone in the voicemail. try to include the name of the person. so, we would write... Carlos, Santiago in your voicemail. Personal calls should always be put in voicemail if not an emergency. If someone is not in the office for the day, then others here will have to look and if the button is blinking they will have to check.

by the way, the new email system will let you put a "vacation automatic reply" if you are out of the office for certain dates and will also allow you to forward a copy of your email. so, if you will be out of the office for awhile and want that done, the new email system has that function. Anyone on vacation should use that when available and make arrangements. In addition, the new email allows for these changes over the Internet.

We will discuss over the next few weeks how to use these systems. And, don't worry, you can still use your old until you feel comfortable with the new.

I'll write more as changes occur. Suggestions and comments are always welcome, if they good ones.

I think we need to double track our efforts and make sure that all customers are aware that we carry Consew and stock more than 30,000 parts for all types of equipment. Evidently, some customers might think that we carry only Consew as I’ve heard this a few times over the past couple of months. So, please when you have the opportunity, let customers know what we have.

General Rule

Let’s make a general rule that if a customer’s order is under $200, then we will not run out special for that customer to make a delivery. If they want us to run out then there is a $20 delivery charge.

Customer’s outside about 5 miles then there will also be a delivery charge, no matter what, based on the time that we expect to deliver.

If within 5 miles and we don’t have to make special trip then the delivery is free.

Meistergram will be announcing shortly that Pantograms, from Tampa, Fl, will be the exclusive USA distributor of all Meistergram equipment in the USA. This has nothing to do with export. Next week, we will have a discussion about this as well as a review of a new and exciting marketing plan for our office.

I have been told today that this is now a solid and signed deal. All sales taking place in USA will be thru Pantograms. As for our office, this represents a tremendous step forward in the product line!

I will let everyone know more information in the coming days. If you have any pending sales or leads in the USA for Meistergram, please let me know.

Credit Card Transactions

Please remember that if a customer is in our office, always SWIPE the credit card. There’s 2 reasons for this… first is security… it’s much more safer as far as any chargeback. The 2^nd reason is that it’s much cheaper for us to process the cards where we swipe. Please ALWAYS SWIPE a card when available.

Please note that NOTES are now available for parts. So, if you see on the screen *** SEE NOTES *** then press F7 and you will be able to review the note. This can be used for identifying common questions, such as which is the bobbin case for a hook, different brands, different quality, which screw goes in a needle bar, etc, etc. When you see the “*** SEE NOTES ***” then you should press F7 and read the note before quoting or if you need additional information. In addition, if you have a note to input on an item, which you feel will help someone else, please send the note to me and I’ll update. Everyone needs to concentrate and read descriptions on all domestic orders. Too many time now customers are making notes in the description to give an instruction on brand, color or something else, and we’re missing it.

I know it’s difficult to remember to look at the description lines for each item, but it seems that we must begin to do that. Now, we’re seeing too many mistakes because we’re not reading the description for notes. Please remember to do that on all orders. Hopefully, we can cut out a few errors.

Consew Freight

Murray has instructed Josephine to watch for Consew orders without freight and they’re beginning to call me on orders where free freight has not been either pre-approved by Murray on the units which are not brought in here directly by container.

I think this procedure goes across the board, if free freight has not been approved by Murray or myself, please do not enter the order without free freight. If free freight is approved, please make a notation on the order that it’s “freight free to Miami” as to avoid any misunderstanding when invoicing. From my understanding, if this is not done, freight will be added in NJ.

This actually is for all Consew orders, so even orders for irons only are being subjected to the same criteria.

Using Quote in PI Screen

Please make sure that all quotes are entered using the PI or order screens. It’s extremely important that this be adhered to and everyone should be updating as discussed earlier today. In order to change the DESCRIPTION of item “Parts” you press the F3 while on the QTY and it will bring you to overwrite the description. Also, the other note called TEXT MESSAGE, will bring up a little box to type into. Here, you can pretty much type as much as you wish. This will show up immediately UNDER the item number which you’re working on. So, if you want to make any notes about color, size, etc…. too long for the description, you can do that from this text box.

Transformer Issue

Today we solved the problem with the customer in Puerto Rico having an apparent problem with our SVC-2000 regulator. Evidently, he was blowing fuses because he didn’t set the voltage in the “back” of the unit to 110. Customers need to know that they must set that voltage to the input voltage, before they begin. Also, a polarity problem in the wiring of the wall socket could also cause fuses to blow.

Then, again, remember that the VOLT meter will only show output at 220v. The 2^nd meter marked “A” is for AMPS and has nothing to do with voltage. If the customer wants to use at 110 output, he must only plug the unit into the 110 volt socket and know that the meter reading for 110 volt is exactly ½ of the 220v meter. So, if the meter shows 230 volts, then it’s 115 volts.

Both the SVC-2000 and 3000 unit are exactly the same except the amount of watts they can handle.

These units will also regulate between 110v to 110v and 220v to 220v. So, they can transform and regulate.

The SVC-1000 unit, is strictly a transformer/regulator from 110 volt to 220 volt. This unit can not be adjusted.

Parking

Since the parking situation has become a little tighter, I’m going to change the policy slightly. Instead of 2 of our cars parked in the front row, we’ll change that to 3. If you see there’s 3 of our employees in the front row, please use the other parking and reserve a few spaces for customers. If you have a “handicapped” permit, then please use that spot in order to allow for an additional car in the row. Otherwise, everyone please adhere to this policy. The KIA car is included. So, if you are bringing back or dropping off the KIA in the front, then please use one of the regular parking spots. If you are using the KIA to load or unload heavy materials or your own car, then of course, make an exception, but otherwise, let’s try to live nicely with our neighbors. I’ve talked to them and they also will try to manage what they can of the parking situation. As you can see, the owner next door and his workers, do not generally use the front parking unless they must. So, first three to come, take whatever spots you wish, otherwise everyone should park against the fence with the hotel.

As we all know, none of the parking here is very far away. Certainly, there’s spots which are slightly closer than others, but everyone can make it to any of the spots easily.

These guidelines are for general purpose. If you are sick, hurt or just fed up with life for the day, then use your judgment. But, generally speaking, let’s all cooperate so that our customers can drive up and have a spot without trouble. There’s also several spots in the back which can be used by office staff as the warehouse is open during the time you’re working.

Explanation of SVC regulators

Instructions for SVC-2000 and SVC-3000 (SVC-1000 is transformer only)

1. The INPUT voltage needs to be set 1^st on the back of the unit correctly.

2. The polarity of the outlet must be correct. If the polarity of the electricity outlet is reversed, which will run most electronic, the regulator will blow fuses. The larger outlook plug input is high volt and the smaller prong on the plug is low voltage. To test the wall, you need an electricity tester and you first connect the high voltage to the ground and note the voltage. Then connect the other connection to the ground and note the voltage. The outlet socket with the higher voltage is the “high” volt socket and need to connect to the larger prong (or hole) on the plug and/or wall.

3. The voltage meter only shows 220 Volt. If you want 110 volt or any other volt, then set based on 220. So, in the meter, true 110 is 220. True 115 is 230. True 120 is 240, etc. The volt meter is always based on 220 volt. Do not set at 110 volt as this will be 55. So, in essence, the output is always set to 220 volt and the 110 is always ½.

4. To adjust the output voltage, you unscrew the nut and screw the little knob with a screwdriver. Then rescrew the nut to lock.

5. The “A” meter is for amps only and does not test voltage.

6. The SVC-2000 and the SVC-3000 are EXACTLY the same units except that they max at different amps. THE SVC 2000 will hold a maximum of 2000 amps and the SBC3000 will hold 3000 amps. Otherwise, the units are EXACTLY the same.

7. If the customers uses all the fuses given, then they can buy any 20 amp fuse which fits the connections.

8. The unit will “regulate” the electricity always to 220 volt, and 110 volt is ½ the 220 level. So, these can be used 110 to 110, 220 to 220, 220 to 110 or 110 to 220. In any combination the unit will regulate. But remember, the output meter is always 220 volt and the 110 volt is ½ what the meter shows.

I found this recently on a business website and feel it’s pertinent to our business and the way we try to respect customers.

If a buyer contacts you with an issue, respond quickly and try to resolve the issue with the following:

Presume good faith. Don't start a dialogue by assuming your buyer is behaving unfairly or unreasonably. Problems are often the result of simple miscommunication or mistaken assumptions.
Set a constructive tone. From the start, make it clear to your buyer that you view the situation as resolvable. They’ll usually reciprocate, and you'll work out the vast majority of problems.
Focus on the problem. Talk about the situation you want to resolve and about potential solutions – not your assessment of the buyer's character. It may feel temporarily satisfying to "tell off" the buyer if you think they've acted in an inappropriate manner, but it almost always makes the situation more difficult to resolve.
Look for creative solutions. Try to find solutions where both you and your buyer get what you're looking for. If you sell the item at a fair price and the buyer gets something they want, both of you can go away happy.
Don’t forget the bigger picture. Keep your perspective and you'll be much better off in the long run.
Remember customer service. Customer satisfaction is good business. Being accommodating to your buyer can be better for your business in the future. Your reputation is your most valuable asset.

Various Information

1. It is extremely important that everyone is careful not to try and put anything stapled or with paper clips into the copier feeder. Today the copy guy found these in the feeder. Also, everyone needs to make sure that any ‘white-out’ has dried. He also found this on the rollers and it’s very difficult to remove and causes the rollers not to work correctly. Please be very careful.

2. When using the copy machines, if you have an “odd” size, sometimes the machine will stop and look like it’s not copying. In this case, it’s probably awaiting you to push the size and direction button. You may have to do this 2x. pls check this.

3. For those using the car, you must make sure not to lease any cups or garbage in the car and clean after yourself. Please do not bring coffee and drinks in the car as they are spilling. If you do, then you need to clean up after yourself. Once again, I have to ask Rudy to clean the car and he insists that none of the garbage and spillage is his. For the little we use the car, there’s no reason for it to ever be dirty. We try hard here to keep everything clean and in nice condition, so please also take good care of the car.

4. Friday I will be at the trade show and using the kia. If there’s anything very important hopefully someone will be able to assist, otherwise let’s have it wait for Monday. If any payments are needed you can use Carlos or nevils credit cards.

5. During the show, you can reach me on my cell or email. I will get the email on my phone so you can certainly use that or forward anything to me. Please give quotes to Nevil and/or Carlos. If something can not be done soon, please call me and discuss.

Freight to Miami Office

Please note that we are now using an overnight freight company called T&T. They charge by weight so it’s not the same as before. Also, the costs are much higher than DHL. So, we need to decide more carefully how to ship. If “heavier” stuff needed faster on Monday or Tuesday, then order before 1:00 and ship via Priority Mail (takes 2-3 days) or UPS takes 3 days. (priority mail is cheaper, but the time cut-off to get this done is earlier. We need to make decisions by the weight and value of orders. As an example a 5 lb package costs $16.00 and 10 lbs costs 21.00. These are still fairly light packages compared to what we usually get. Over the next few weeks we’ll have to make determinations. Just be aware that NOT TO PROMISE OVERNIGHT without discussing first.

Employee Questionaire

Thank you for participating in the questionnaire I gave out. I have now reviewed with almost everyone and each person actually came up with interesting and important suggestions. I can tell you as of right now the following steps are being taken which were spurred from these suggestions or already in process:

1. New shipment log. Each time an order is shipped it will be logged to an excel file by Rudy. These will updated at the end of the day. The file is in the shared folder, under warehouse. Anyone can access to view information.

2. It was requested that we put together a list of machines with their dimensions and weight. This is being done now and will also be kept in the shared folder under warehouse. Pls print if you need a paper copy only.

3. New computers for the office were in process, but comments by a few people certainly helped to motivate push the project up. Four computers will be arriving by the end of the week. It will take a week or 2 to get all setup. These are computers only and don’t include new monitors for now.

4. Electrician should be here Thursday to install lights in warehouse and fix in office.

5. More people are being connected to messenger to increase communications

Things being worked on:

1. Organize each person’s duties in a more defined manner and make certain procedures responsible to one person

2. Look at parts inventory to see if there’s items we should be keeping in stock

3. Work more with advertising and promotional materials

4. More people will be involved in some selling and increased customer service

5. Continuing to find more ways to increase our customer service

6. Install security gate in warehouse shipping bay area

7. Help NJ to find ways to increase accuracy of computer inventory

Important Information

Recently, Superior sent out a letter announcing a 7-8% increase on ALL Japanese items including hooks, loopers, etc. So, I just want everyone to be aware of the severe problem with the devaluation of the $ vs. the Japanese Yen. Return Freight Charge

Please note when customers return equipment, even local customers, the incoming freight charge and or handling fee to process the return must be made. Especially in the case where equipment needs to be checked or repacked. Somehow, we need to start notifying customers of this and applying a fee. Shortly, we will try to set a policy which will work for all.

PARTS BOOKS AND CATALOG

I think we all forget that we have hundreds (if not more) parts books of many, many machines collected in our “parts books” folder on the shared drive.

Also, on the internet we have quick availability to both the unity and superior catalogs by going to: www.micsew.com/catalog.htm. Book 1 is unity and book 2 is superior. So, if you need to view something, or send a page to a customer, you can also find it here and then email the page.

Printers

I’ve found that we have several “dot matrix” printers in the warehouse which could be setup for various forms. Does anyone need one of these setup somewhere? Let me know if you think they can be functional.

1. We need to understand better the procedure for getting parts for customers.

a. The parts order is written up just like any parts order. Do not give information to Marco, he doesn’t do this.

b. The parts order is for N/C only if the part is missing from the equipment, otherwise you need to charge the customer and then we will credit when we get a return.

c. Only ask Marco information, do not leave this for him to do. Orders go to Ledy, Giselle or idalia just as they normally would.

2. The flush knob in the bathroom is sticking sometimes causing excessive water to be used. This will become extremely expensive for the landlord and is not fair. Please make sure to snap the knob back up to end the water flow.

3. Yesterday marco reported that he’s missing an MP3 player which was on his desk. Did anyone see the player? Please help to find it.

Jan 1 2009- April 15= 148.00 plus 13% tax, King Suite 1-2 persons per room

April 16, 2009 – December 31, 2009 = 89.00 plus 13% King Suite 1-2 persons per Suite

Meistergram Parts

Everyone needs to see Marco before they take anything (parts) from an existing machine. Marco needs to document and make sure 1^st that something can be “borrowed” and he needs to fill out the proper paperwork in order to make sure that whatever is “borrowed” for another customer is replaced. Marco knows how to handle this. Please make sure that procedures are followed so that we don’t miss anything.

For parts from stock, you need to see Rudy and again he has to make sure that he has the proper order/paperwork to release the part.

Digitizing Software

There are 11 copies of CONSEW digitizing software in the LA office. This has license and is full digitizing software… unsupported.

It might be something we can sell and get rid of for the company. The price is low… $300.

Holiday Dress Code

Relaxed attire ok thru the holidays.

Please note that clean jeans, without holes are acceptable from now until Jan 12. Please again dress in “business attire” beginning Jan 12. Please have a clean shirt with no holes and clean, proper jeans. Many times we do have visitors during holiday weeks, so please make sure to dress neat but relaxed.
